I'm Aiden Simmons — former All-Conference catcher at Southeast Guilford, committed to play at Robeson Community College. I've spent years grinding behind the plate, and now I teach youth catchers the receiving, blocking, throwing footwork, and game-calling that actually moved the needle for me.

Lessons are hands-on, no-fluff, and built around your catcher — whether they're learning their first stance or getting ready for travel ball.

Catch With Aiden — Liability Waiver & Release

In consideration of my child being permitted to participate in private baseball/catching instruction provided by Aiden Simmons ("Instructor"), I, the parent or legal guardian named in this booking, agree as follows:

  1. Assumption of risk. Baseball and catching instruction involve inherent risks — including but not limited to thrown and batted balls, collisions, falls, weather, and use of equipment — that can result in injury. I understand these risks and voluntarily accept them on behalf of my child.
  2. Release and hold harmless. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and hold harmless Aiden Simmons and Catch With Aiden from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my child's participation in lessons, including those based on ordinary negligence. This release does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct.
  3. Physical condition. I confirm my child is physically able to participate, and I will inform the Instructor of any medical conditions, allergies, or limitations before the first lesson.
  4. Emergency medical authorization. If I am not present and my child requires emergency care, I authorize the Instructor to contact emergency services (911) and consent to emergency medical treatment for my child.
  5. Equipment and supervision. My child will use appropriate protective equipment (helmet and catcher's gear) during drills that require it, and I will remain present at the lesson or immediately reachable at the phone number provided.

Checking the agreement box and submitting this booking request is my electronic signature, given on the date of the request, and applies to the lesson booked and any rescheduled make-up of that lesson.

What ages do you coach?
Ages 8–15, from first-time catchers to travel-ball starters. Every lesson is 1-on-1, so the plan fits the player — not the other way around.
What should my player bring?
Full catcher's gear if you have it (helmet, chest protector, shin guards), a catcher's mitt or fielding glove, cleats or turf shoes, and a water bottle. Don't have gear yet? Text ahead — we can usually work something out.
What about weather or rescheduling?
Life happens. Reschedules are free with 24-hour notice — just text Aiden. If weather cancels a lesson, we move it to the next open slot at no charge.
Where are lessons held?
Local fields and cages around Greensboro, NC. The exact location comes with your confirmation email once your payment is verified.
